The Concept
Motorsport Investment Group (MIG) in partnership with some of the most innovative planning and design companies, will establish an integrated, state significant, multi-purpose economic precinct located in The Hunter Valley, NSW, Australia, with the vision of creating significant employment, training, tourism, and economic precinct benefiting the broader Hunter Valley community.
At the heart of the site is a world class international Herman Tilke designed FIA Graded and FIM Graded motorsport circuit complimented by quality hotels, commercial and industrial business parks catering for small to large enterprise, a large public access water sports lagoon and shopping village, world class trade school and innovation hub. This World Class Economic Development has been designed with the Hunter Regional Strategic Plan in mind.
